Humboldt Bay Marathon is a nonprofit affiliate of the Road Runners Club of America. Our goals are to promote fitness, outdoor recreation and trails in Humboldt County. Whether you are striving for another personal record or just looking for a uniquely beautiful place to run, the Humboldt Bay Marathon, Half Marathon and BeerMile races are exactly what you're looking for!

Volunteering
We have different ways that you can help with this fun event. Choose yours!
Adults
Senior citizens who volunteer for community activities are actually doing themselves a huge favor!
Students
Students will receive a certificate acknowledging the number of hours they volunteer for this wonderful nonprofit event.
Race Weekend Schedule:
Saturday August 10th
- 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM — Packet Pickup at Madaket Plaza, 1st and C Streets in Eureka
Sunday August 11th
All races start and end at the Madaket Plaza, 1st and C Streets in Eureka
- 7:00 AM Full Marathon Start
- 8:00 AM Half Marathon Start
- 3:00 PM End of official timing (or earlier if all runners are finished)
